Special Events of New England, LLC is a full service provider of tent and party rental products.  We create unique and memorable outdoor settings for weddings, anniversaries, backyard parties, corporate events, and festivals with our wide selection of tents and canopies.

Since 1989 we have provided the highest quality service and product selection.  Our party consultants will work closely with you to specify the proper tent size for your event, and review the many options available to enhance the tent.  We have the experience and knowledge to ensure your event is a success.

You can select from many standard set up configurations or work with us to create a custom layout for your event.

Our delivery and installation staff will ensure your rental order is delivered accurately and timely.  Tents are installed with care and all other rented items will be carefully placed under the tent, ready for use.

Our staff will guide you through the ordering process.  We start with a comprehensive review of your event to ensure all rental item needs are identified.  We initiate follow up calls to review final counts and are flexible when changes are required, and we schedule a delivery day and time with you.

Our tents and canopies are wedding quality. We carry an extensive inventory in a wide range of sizes and styles to accommodate your unique event size.  Sidewalls are provided in varying lengths so that entry ways can be customized for the site.  During the construction and removal process we take extra care to keep our tents clean by using a temporary ground cover

For your convenience and comfort we offer eight choices of lighting systems, fans for cooling and air movement, and heating systems.  All lighting is installed with dimmer switches and white cords.  Our inventory of heaters are specifically designed for tents, they are quiet and are positioned outside of the tent.

If your event calls for a stage or dance floor we inventory a unique selection of stage components and sizes, and dance floors available in wood parquet, oak plank,  or black and white check.  All stages have carpeted decks and are installed with black skirting for a finished look.  To enhance the appearance of the dance floor we apply a coat of a specially formulated product following installation.

Special Events of New England, LLC is a full service rental company, this means we can also provide you with linens, tableware and other food service items if required.

Sidewalls available in solid white, window, clear, and mesh.  Marquees for covered walkways and entrances. Caterer preparation

and cooking tents.  Lighting fixtures & systems in 8 choices.  Pedestal and pole mount fans for cooling, and specially designed

heaters for warmth.

Tables and Chairs
Choose from our large selection of tables.  Rounds are available in 30", 36", 48", 60" and 72" diameters.  Square tables are offered in 30", 36" or 60" sizes.   Rectangles come in 4', 6', or 8' lengths.   We also offer a variety of unique shapes and styles including serpentine,

half rounds,  cocktail/bar height tables, and conference widths.

Chairs come in a choice of comfort or traditional back for standard folding chairs.  Garden style chairs are offered in white or natural

wood.  Chivari ballroom chairs come in fruitwood, natural, or gold.   Matching  chivari barstools are also available in the fruitwood and natural finishes.

Dance Floors and Stages
Dance Floors are available in either parquet, oak plank,  or black and white check.  Our stages have carpeted decks and can be assembled in a wide range of sizes.

More than 60 colors, styles, and fabrics to choose from.

China, Glassware and Flatware
Classic china patterns in 4 choices, 18/10 stainless flatware, and a variety of glassware styles including martini and margarita.

Food Service
