General Rental Information
All rates refer to an “event” or “weekend” rate.
Charges are for time out - whether or not the items are used.
A delivery service is available - please contact us for charges. Our delivery personnel will neatly stack items in a mutually agreeable location. Deliveries which are not first floor/door to door or occur during non-business hours are subject to additional charges.
We will reserve equipment for you with a reservation deposit. Final payments are due upon customer pick up or delivery. We accept cash, checks. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
It is helpful to have final counts 5 to 7 days prior to your event. This is only a guideline -not a policy. We allow and accommodate later changes as best as possible (subject to availability). For some heavily booked dates on specific items we may require a final count further in advance.
All food service items need to be well rinsed and food/particle free.
Tables have a plywood surface and are meant to be covered with a linen or paper product. Table & chair rental rates do not include set up or break down. This service is available for an additional fee and needs to be arranged for in advance. Extra charges will apply for sticker, tape, or staple removal on tables & chairs.
Dance Floor and Stage Rentals |
Dance floor and stage rates include installation by our company. Dance floors must be used inside a building or beneath one of our tents, to maintain safety and quality of product.
