White Sidewalls
For a White Tent	included in tent rental rate
For a Canopy	0.50 / linear foot

Sidewalls Sidewalls are priced by the linear foot. Examples of how to determine a tent or canopy’s perimeter in linear feet follow: 20’ x 30’ Canopy’s perimeter has 100 linear feet (sum of the four sides: 20’ + 30’ + 20’ + 30’) 30’ x 60’ Tent’s perimeter has 180 linear feet (sum of the four sides: 30’ + 60’ + 30’ + 60’) Sidewalls can be utilized for all or part of a canopy or tent’s perimeter. Sidewall styles can be mixed together. Sidewalls can be put on or taken off a canopy or tent as needed - they are not permanently attached. Canopy rentals do not include sidewalls - they are rented ala carte. Tent rentals include solid white sidewalls. You can elect to upgrade these walls by paying the difference in cost for the higher priced sidewall - by doing so you forfeit the original walls in favor of the upgraded ones.

Lighting
Prices listed are per fixture. The number of fixtures needed is determined by the size and style of tent , and the desired illumination. Lighting rentals include installation in our tent or canopy, a dimmer control, and associated wiring. Please call for a quote on a specific size and style of tent.

Prices listed are per unit. The number of units needed is determined by the size and style of tent , and the outside weather conditions. Heater rentals include propane and installation. Fan rentals include installation. Please call for a quote on a specific size and style of tent.
