Canopy Tent Rentals
Canopy prices include installation in Manchester and any adjoining town. Please call for rates in other areas. Sidewalls are not included - they are available as an option.

Tents
Tent rental prices include installation and solid white sidewalls (except for the Tidewater Sailcloth tents). Other sidewalls are available as an upgrade. The cost of a tent rental will be determined by three factors: (1) Size of tent ; (2) Style of tent ; (3) Location & logistics of tent site.

Tent Seating Capacity: We feel that it is unwise to list a seating capacity for tents on this list. Each individual’s event will have its own needs. We prefer to talk with the customer to assist them with sizing of a tent. For instance, a 30’ x 60’ tent can seat up to 200 guests for an event such as a company picnic but will only accommodate 80 - 90 guests for a typical wedding reception. Century Tent Rentals
A variation of a traditional pole tent that has aerodynamic surfaces and graceful curves. Peaks occur at higher than average center poles. This style of tent relies upon the tensioning of the fabric roof for its structural integrity and shape in conjunction with traditional poles, guy lines, and stakes anchored into the ground around its perimeter. Longer lengths in each width available - call for sizes. We offer the following tents, all in white:

Tidewater Sailcloth Tent Rentals
A variation of a pole tent that is constructed of sailcloth material and uses varnished poles with traditional guys and staking that support and define its shape. These tents offer sculpted peaks, no-valance form, and rounded ends that are a central design element of the event. The translucence of the sailcloth material enhances daytime events with natural light and will glow with lighting for an evening gathering We offer the following saicloth tent rental sizes:

Frame Tent Rentals
Frame tents have no interior center poles and are a free standing design. They require less staking than pole tents and can be installed at sites where a push-pole design would be impractical. This style of tent uses an assembled framework of aluminum pipes that supports the fabric roof and define its shape. The framework is engineered such that no anchoring is required for its support - instead anchoring is needed to hold it in place.

Party Tent Rentals
Traditional pole tent styling with proven quality and performance. This style of tent relies upon a series of interior and perimeter poles that support and define its shape. The fabric roof is tensioned over the poles and attached to stakes anchored into the ground by guy lines around its perimeter. Sizes up to 40’ x 200’ Available.

Marquee Tent Rentals

Marquees are used to provide coverage for uses such as : entry ways ; interconnecting tents ; connecting a tent to a building ; caterer’s tents ; hiding porta toilets. They are a frame style design.
